1. The service

MyBigStep USMLE Planner is a study-planning tool. It coordinates and schedules your use of third-party study resources (question banks, videos, books, flashcards) that you already own or subscribe to separately. We do not provide, resell, or grant access to any third-party resource content.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Readiness statuses, feasibility estimates, and study recommendations are informational estimates based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee a passing score, a specific score, or any exam outcome.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide (exam date, resources, assessment results).

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to reproduce or redistribute copyrighted third-party resource content, or to attempt to circumvent access controls on uploaded files belonging to other users.
